Provide guidance on significant policy matters affecting district success in implementing the strategic plan and closing achievement, graduation and opportunity gaps.
Facilitate open communication between human resources and district administration and district employee associations. Our culture supports intellectual engagement and mutual respect among all staff, and values the contributions of each employee.
The Presidents' Council:
- Reviews district projects impacting working conditions
- Review upcoming events in advance of districtwide communication
- Reviews issues or concerns from employee groups
- Develops written agreements related to district practice and/or collective bargaining agreements
