Requesting a Facility is as easy as 1 2 3 (…4)!
1. Download and read Procedure 4333 before you file a request
2. Read the "How To" document--very helpful information for first time users to create an online account. 3. Request your facility HERE!
**Note: If you are interested in renting an athletic facility during the regular sports season please visit the Athletic Field/Gym Rental Regular Season page and follow the special instructions for this type of mass scheduled use.
Please submit requests 2 weeks prior to your desired use start date. Current insurance must be on file in order to utilize District facilities.
Mandatory Liability Insurance Required--No later than two weeks before your intended rental date, you must provide proof of $1,000,000 of liability insurance AND list Everett Public Schools as additionally insured on your insurance policy.
After your online facility use request has been submitted you will receive automated emails from "School Dude" which is the program we use for facilities scheduling in our District. Your request is first routed to the building scheduler for each location. Once approved by the location scheduler the request is then routed to the District Community Services Department.
You will receive an email confirmation once your scheduled request is approved and activated. Current insurance must be on file in order to utilize District facilities.
