Welcome to the world of health and fitness. I have been teaching physical education/weight training for twenty nine years. I can honestly say that I truly love what I do. My passion is seeing students learn and grow and become healthy/confident young adults. Some of my hobbies besides exercising and coaching are spending time with my family and friends, gardening, water skiing, and taking care of my two dogs.
