District Announcements

  • Measles

Everett Public Schools works year-round to ensure our students and staff have a safe and healthy place to learn and work. We currently have no reported cases of the measles in the district but there is a reported case in the county. Help protect your child and your family by being informed of signs and symptoms of measles, and make sure your family is vaccinated. If you have a personal exemption you will be contacted by the district in the next few weeks about upcoming legislation that may affect your exemption.

  • Innovation Expo

Students and families will enjoy seeing and interacting with displays from community organizations and booths from every school in the district on June 5, 5-8 p.m. at Angel of the Winds Arena. Each school's booth is different and showcases something the students at that school are learning. Interactive community displays will highlight careers and career pathways from across our region. The STEM competition is a favorite part of the event for many students and families. See the best student projects from around the district and hear what the students learned by doing them.

  • Superintendent search

On May 29, the district will hold a series of “meet and greet” sessions for the finalists for superintendent at the Community Resource Center. Various groups will have the opportunity to meet all three of the candidates in a rotating 45 minute schedule. It is not an interview, but a time to meet the candidates and ask a few questions as well as allowing him or her to meet you.
