• Automotive Maintenance
    Automotive Maintenance students will be exposed to the various areas of the automotive industry and will be trained in shop operations, shop equipment and tool usage and major components of the modern car. Students completing the course will be able to accurately complete a 60 point automotive service, per industry requirements.
     
    Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for either work in the classroom or the auto shop.  Students are required to complete assignments on the web based curriculum (SP2 and LJ Create), as well as various shop activities.
     
    Students are required to follow safety rules and regulations without exception.
     
    Automotive Technology
    Automotive Technology students will be prepared for a career in Automotive Technology as an entry level technician.
     
    Students are expected to arrive on time, dressed and prepared to work in an automotive shop.  Students are required to complete a weekly log detailing what shop or theory work they have completed during that week. Grades are applied based on the accuracy of their logs.
     
     Students are required to follow safety rules and regulations without exception.
