Teachers will enjoy seeing and interacting with displays from community organizations and booths from every school in the district. See what other schools are doing, career connected learning examples from community organizations, and then take fresh inspiration back to try in your classroom. Support your students as they volunteer in your school's booth, interact with the school booths and community partner displays, or compete in the STEM Competition.
Do you have students in grade 4 through 8 who love science and science experiments, are interested in creating tools to solve problems, or strive to research answers to interesting science or math questions? If so, encourage your students to enter the Innovation Expo STEM Competition.
Students in grades 4 through 8 can submit a project entry to their science teacher in one of three categories:
- Engineering Design
Selected projects from each class will be invited to enter the districtwide Innovation Expo STEM Competition at Angel of the Wind (formerly Xfinity) Arena on June 5.
Updated 2019 Innovation Expo STEM Competition Handbooks coming soon.
