Further Questions? Call 425-385-4380 or email foodservices@everettsd.org.
-
Do we need to pre-order our meals?
Yes. Please use the Meal Pre-Order form found on the district website to order your meals in advance. This allows us to provide contactless curbside service.
-
Will home deliveries be available?
WE HAVE REACHED OUR MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR HOME DELIVERIES.
If you received a hojme delivery last week and have not pre-ordered for next week we will be reaching out to you. Families can choose to pick up daily at one of the apartment complexes or sign up for curbside meal pickup.
-
Why is the location I usually pick meals up from not available this week?
We have to close certain sites when they have reached their maximum capacity. We only have room and staff to assemble so many meals at each location. If your chosen site is not available because it has reached it's capacity, please select a different location.
-
Can I pick up a meal kit if I didn’t pre-order?
Each location will have extra meal kits on hand but there are no guarantees that your preferred choice will be available.
-
Do I have to pick meals up at the school my student is enrolled in?
No, meals can be picked up at any of our listed locations.
-
My student will be attending childcare at a school location. Can they get meals?
Yes. If your childcare site is receiving free school meals, you cannot do curbside or home delivery meal kits as that would duplicate meals which is not allowed
-
Who can pick up the meals?
The person who completed the pre-order form which could include parent, guardian or even the student. Students do not need to be present when picking up meals.
-
What if my child can’t drink milk or has a medically diagnosed food allergy?
Soy milk is offered at each of our meal pick-up sites. Further dietary accommodation requests require medical documentation. Please contact Jenna Lewis for further details: JLewis@everettsd.org
-
Can I receive a meal kit for a child that does not attend Everett Public Schools?
Yes. Meal kits are FREE for ALL children ages 1-18 regardless if they attend Everett Public Schools or not. This is a waiver that has been extended to the end of the school year.
-
Do I need to provide identification?
No, we do not require identification. You will only need to provide the name and age of the children.
-
When can I pick up meals?
You can pick up meals on Wednesdays. Times are listed on our website and the pre-order form.
-
What if I can’t make my pick up time or location that I originally selected?
You can go to a different location or time slot that day or call the Food & Nutrition department to discuss possible alternate arrangements.
