    Jaguar Fitness Challenge News:

    The class with the most students completing the 300 minute challenge during the week of May 11-17:

    This is Week 5 of the challenge for you to be active for at least 60 minutes a day for 5 days each week, or 300 minutes per week in total, and to record your activities and minutes on the Activity Log. I have posted the names of the Jaguar Stars from last week. There is a link on the left-hand side to view the list.

     To complete the challenge each week:

    • Fill in your Activity Log for the week, starting with Monday and ending on Sunday.
    • Either complete the Activity Log that I assign using your teacher’s Google Classroom or use the Activity Log link on the left side of this page and, at the end of the week, email me with a list showing the dates and the total number of minutes you have completed. Have your parent, or guardian, check it.
    • If you use email, please make sure your email lists your name and your teacher’s name.
    • Jaguar Stars will be posted each week- students who completed at least 60 minutes of activity per day for at least 5 days of the week, or 300 total minutes per week, will be posted on the Jaguar Stars list.

     Remember that your activities may be spread throughout the day instead of being completed all at the same time.
