Here are some tips to help you in our PE class stay active and healthy both in body and mind. Stay safe and healthy and I miss you all,    Mrs.  Wilder 
      1) Check EVERY MONDAY in your Canvas account.  You have all week to complete it at your own pace.   
      2) Homework is organized by WEEKS. There will be 3 areas we will focus on each week:  


      1) Weekly Workout Log - Stay Active - minimum 3x's a week   

      2) Fitness Fact of the Week - Complete the Reflection + Response Sheet

      3) Wellness Tip  -  Complete the Exit Ticket 


       3) Remember to continue to stay updated on Grades by checking LMS often.
