    If you do not find the answers to your TECHNOLOGY question in the FAQ's below and need to contact our LMS department or the Help Desk, please have as much information as possible when you contact us so we can serve you better:

    • Teacher/Period the issue is occurring
    • Everett Public Schools computer number (bar code sticker on the back of the computer)
    • Assignment name (if relevant to your issue)
    • How are you accessing the digital tool? (Launching from Student Tools, from Canvas, from Clever, etc)
    • What browser are you using?
    • Did you try clearing cache?
    • What is the error message you are getting?
    • Have you been able to access this tool before or is this the first time?
  • ACADEMIC | Will state-mandated testing be administered?

  • ATTENDANCE | If my child cannot attend one or more of the live sessions in the learning zone, will he/she be marked absent?
