    Welcome to H. M. Jackson High School Career Technical Education!
     
    Daily we explore career and college options and apply skills that prepare us for the 21st Century Workforce.
     
    Technology skills permeate our daily lives and you will become a super user through studies in:  AP Computer Science(UW CSE 142), AP Computer Science Principles(UW CSE120), Exploring Computer Science, Web Design.
     
    I am passionate about learning and exploring new applications.  I welcome your ideas and creativity, we work together to apply skills to use today and in our futures.
     
    In addition to studies in technology I help to create a bridge to post high school education.
     
    If you are interested in an excellent after school program that will be fun and connect you to the world of engineering, join FIRST Robotics.  The team meets Monday's in the Library from 5:30pm-7pm

    I am proud to be the coach and advisor for the FIRST Robotics Team at H. M. Jackson High School.  Our team has gone to World Championships three times, qualified for the PNW District Championships 4 years and last year we placed in the top 10 robots out of a 3 state District: Alaska, Washington, and Oregon. 

    Our Team meets Monday's and Wednesday's from 6p to 8p in the high school Library.  Come check out our team and be part of a SPORT OF THE MIND where everyone can go pro!
