    Long Term Disability provided by Met Life 

    The Everett School Employee Benefit Trust provides long-term disability (LTD) coverage to employees with a minimum benefit FTE of .750 at no cost to the employee. Effective January 1, 2015 the vendor for long-term disability is MetLife.
    Employees who are unable to report to work due to illness or injury and unable to return to work for more than 90 calendar days may be eligible for long-term disability benefits at a rate of 66 2/3 percent of their gross salary. Approval of claim and amount of benefits is determined by MetLife.
