Strategic Plan

Annually, our students academically outperform the state average and demonstrate year over year improvement in most categories. And, thanks to our hardworking educators, success is within reach for all of our students with an increased emphasis on reading at early levels, strong monitoring and collaboration, and core focus on climate, culture, systems and instruction. Our 4-year graduation rate for the class of 2021 is 93.9%. This work is led by our strategic plan.
These outcomes are supported by thematic initiatives grouped under strategic “Themes” each with specific projects, responsible sponsors, and metrics. The plan emphasizes equity, strong learning, healthy school climate, culture, systems, and instructional excellence.
It is designed to bring together students, families, staff, and community partners to collectively support student growth, early reading success, continuous improvement, and preparation for global citizenship.
