College in the High School
Central Washington University, Eastern Washington University, Edmonds College, Everett Community College, and the University of Washington partner with Everett Public Schools to offer college credits for some college-level courses taught by qualified high school staff. Students in grades 9-12 have the option to receive college credit in addition to receiving high school credit.

Important Notes about College in the High School
By enrolling in a CiHS course through the college offering the college credit, the student automatically creates an official college transcript regardless of student performance in the course, and the college credit may count only as elective credit if transferred to another college. It is each student’s responsibility to request the transferability of credits from the college(s) they wish to attend and whether the courses will appear on the college transcript.
