Welcome to Mrs. Brennan's Class

  • Mrs. Brennan

Welcome to Mrs. Brennan's fifth-grade class for the 2019-2020 school year at Madison. I have enjoyed working in the Everett district since 2001. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Angelo State University, with an endorsement in Spanish bilingual/bi-cultural studies, and earned my Washington State Professional Teaching Certificate in 2016. I am happy to be in my sixth year at Madison. A few of my interests and hobbies are enjoying family time, travel, sailing and hiking, reading, live music concerts, learning new languages, and all activities involving learning opportunities.

I am pleased to welcome your student to our class family and look forward to a year of problem solving and the exciting journey of learning together! One of our main areas of focus this year is in the topic of Growth Mindset and the power of "YET". We will be working together to grow our brains by collaborating on challenging activities in all academic areas and learning through our mistakes. Please check this site often for current information. I'm looking forward to working together in partnership with students, families, and the community to support our Madison fifth-graders!
