Welcome Penny Creek Resource Room Students and Families! I am excited for the 2020-2021 school year and all the new adventures and things we will learn!

My name is Kim Evans and this is my 6th year teaching resource room at Penny Creek. I previously taught 1 year of resource room at Woodside Elementary. At school I enjoy teaching students how to read, use math strategies to solve problems, and all about feelings. I love to read, play on the water (swimming, boating), go for walks, and play games with friends and family. I attended Eastern Washington University and enjoy going back to Cheney/Spokane to visit friends. 

There are two resource room teachers at Penny Creek this year! Terri McAlister and I are working together to teach our students who receive resource room services for reading, written expression, math, social behavior skills, and adaptive skills. 

This website will remain here with information relevant all of the time but information will be sent out through your student's Canvas courses, and important information will also be sent out through email as well as the canvas course.
