    EOS Student Perception Survey
The Equal Opportunities School’s Student Perception survey is available on the EHS website under CHAMPS or through the following link.  Please frame and facilitate your students taking this survey during CHAMPS on Thursday, October 10th. The survey will take about 20 minutes and we need all 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students surveyed (seniors do not take this survey). The purpose of this survey is to help all students reach their full academic potential, understand students expectations and aspirations, identify students who have potential to benefit from increased academic challenge, explore awareness about college and career readiness, and to gather information about resources that support academic success. This survey looks at different perception information from the Panorama survey in that it focuses on the link between social emotional learning and rigorous course work. Thank you for facilitating this important survey with your students by explaining the why behind the survey.

    EOS Staff  Survey

A seminal part of the EOS model is to round out historically-utilized student success data with other important data points relative to student readiness. Recommendations from staff are an integral part of this analysis. Please take 5 – 15 minutes to provide recommendations for those students who you think are ready to take an AP course next year. You will see a list of your 9th, 10th and 11th grade students who ARE NOT currently taking an AP class. Please go through each of your sections and select students you feel are ready for the challenge of an AP class for fall of 2020. You may also write in the names of students – but please note, only students not in AP will show up. We have so much talent out there, and the staff are the ones who can best facilitate the growth of our AP program. Link here
