Hey students! I hope you and your families are all doing well. Please check this page throughout the week for updates. Try to shoot for 30-60 minutes of physical acticity each day.
I will provide a variety of workout videos for you on a daily basis. You may choose one of those or select one that interests you in the sidebar of the YouTube videos I have provided. Another option is to do any other form of physcial activity. Some suggestions are running, walking, biking, etc. Please use the Google Form to record your activity.

This is a great way to also retrieve extra credit points that may have been lost due to excused absences to elevate your grade. Complete the Google Form with a brief description of a workout that you compeleted.
