Welcome to the world of health and fitness. I have been teaching physical education/weight training for about twenty years and I can honestly say that I am truly doing what I love. My passion is seeing students learn and grow and become healthy/confident young adults. Individual communication through email.2. Group communication through Google Classroom (class codes on link to the left).3. Use the Focused Fitness Website for research assessment, logs, fitness information and resources.4. Students should be trying to meet the National Fitness Goal of 60 minutes of activity daily. Be creative and safe as you choose an activity while following the healthy guidelines set forth by the government. (These are changing daily5. Record activity/exercise on a weekly log and submit to me. I am posting daily exercise videos for indoor options and the exercise logs are on Google Classroom.6.
