District Committees & Task Forces

District work is enriched when community voices are part of the process and help advise leadership. These district committees or task forces may be established by the board or superintendent to take on such tasks as providing recommendations, gathering public thought and establishing community connections about selected issues.

Each committee's work will be guided by a charge that includes responsibilities, reporting relationships, duration of the committee’s existence and other parameters or expectations specific to the group’s work. Board appointed committees will submit their findings and recommendations to the superintendent for review and submission to the board.
