    As a member of the Evergreen Choir family, you are contributing to a program based on pride, fun, and excellence. All students are encouraged to do their best every day, and we will celebrate our learning and outstanding achievements throughout the year. Working in the classroom, as well as at home. 

     
     
    About Mrs Christa Phillipson
     
    I have a great love for music, traditional choral music, and A Capella, but you might also see me at a rock concert or Jazz Alley. Great music comes in many styles, and as a life long learner, I like to expand my musical and personal horizon.
     
    Born and raised in Austria, I earned my Master of Arts at the University for Music and Performing Arts in Graz, Austria. My native language is German. I moved to the Seattle area in 2003, and have been teaching choir, piano, and performing with Seattle Pro Musica ever since. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
     
    I am looking forward to another great year at Evergreen Middle School.
