We are excited to help you get your child enrolled with our easy Online Enrollment system. You can use any computer or mobile device to complete the process, which takes about 30 minutes. Our secure online enrollment system makes registering your child simple and convenient. Submit forms, upload documents, and track your progress - all in one place.

How to Enroll Online

Students from Kindergarten to 12th grade who wish to enroll in Everett Public Schools can follow the steps below to complete their online enrollment:

In Everett Public Schools, students are assigned to a school based on their primary residence address. They are expected to enroll in their designated neighborhood (attendance area) school unless they have an approved application for a
School Transfer, Program Placement, or Choice Program.

Step 2 : Have documents ready

You can upload scanned or photographed copies of your required documents during online registration. This can save you a trip to the school office.

If you do not have electronic copies of your documents, you can still register online; you will just need to bring your documents to the school to complete your enrollment submission. It is helpful if you are using your phone to enroll online to take pictures of your documents with your phone before you begin.

1. Proof of Address: Acceptable documents include

Current utility bill,
rental agreement,
homeowner's policy, etc.

The document must show the parent/guardian's name and address. Documents should also be dated within the last 6 months.

2. Proof of Age: Required for Kindergarten or Grade 1 students who have not been previously enrolled in a US school:

Birth certificate
A religious, hospital, or physician's certificate showing date of birth
A passport
An adoption record
Previously verified school records
An affidavit from a parent
An entry in a family Bible
Or any other documents permitted by law.

3. Certificate of Immunization Status : Must be printed either from WA MyIR or a WAIIS Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS), or a copy signed by a physician.

4. Other Documents : May include but not limited to custody and legal documents, medication orders, prior report cards, withdrawal forms, unofficial transcripts.

If you have ever had a student enrolled in Everett Public Schools, you already have an existing ParentVUE account. Please do not create a new account.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
If you don’t remember your login information, contact your neighborhood school for assistance in reactivating your ParentVUE account.

To begin the enrollment process:

Log in using your ParentVUE account.
Select the "Enrollment for New Students" icon. This will guide you step by step through the enrollment process.

Answer the new family questions.
Enter your name and email address, you will be sent a welcome email with a link to complete the account creation.

Kindergarten

Everett Public Schools provides full-day, state-funded kindergarten. Families are encouraged to enroll early and attend orientation sessions to help prepare their child and ensure a smooth start to school.

Everett Public Schools offers specialized services for eligible students through a formal referral and evaluation process, ensuring individualized support based on each student’s unique needs.

Parent/guardian completes top portion of First Grade Early Entrance Waiver Request form.
Your child’s state-approved kindergarten program completes the remainder of the form and sends it with a copy of your child’s final progress report to: Community Resource Center – P-5 Early Learning Programs - Attention Jodi Madison by June 30
Parent/guardian emails proof of age and recent proof of address to Jodi Madison at jmadison2@everettsd.org by June 30.
The placement will be provisional until the thirtieth calendar day following the student’s first day of attendance. A final determination of placement will be made at that time.
