Welcome to Ms. Vique' s 2nd grade class! I love teaching and am passionate about learning. I graduated from Central Washington University and completed master's work from UW Bothell.  This is my 7th year teaching second grade and I'll be completing 11 years as a teacher in Everett Public Schools. 

I am the proud mother of 3 children, ranging from a 1st grader to a senior in high-school! My family and I live in the Sultan area and we have two pets: a cat named Oliver and a corgi/husky named Lucy. Family is important and we try to spend our time together doing fun things like camping, walking trails, collecting rocks and we also love reading! If you still aren’t sure how to say my last name, just say the letters VK. It sounds like Vi-kay or you can call me Ms. V too, I don’t mind =).

I'm looking forward to an exciting new school year of learning, discovery and getting to know the amazing students and families at Lowell. Take care my friends and stay healthy!
