    Hello Monroe Eagles!  

    I am so excited to see you and get our bodies moving!  We will learn about fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, muscular strength and keeping our heart healthy. 60 minutes of exercise daily keeps you healthy so I have added extra activities for you to try.  There are many choices so search around and find things you enjoy. Maybe ask a family member to join you:)
