Meal Delivery
If your situation does not allow you to travel to any of the sites, then delivery might be possible. Please use the Meal Home Delivery form to request home delivery. A new form would need to be filled out each day for each student.

Snohomish County webpage that describes the legal process of determining an individuals incapacity based off a demonstration of management insufficiencies over time. Included within the website are the legal forms that need to be submitted to begin the process of determining the need to appoint a guardian beyond an individuals 18th birthday.

Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR)
DVR provides services to individuals who want to work but need assistance due to a physical, sensory, cognitive or mental disability. A DVR counselor works with each individual one-on-one to design a customized, step-by-step plan to achieve the desired job goal.
