Operation School Bell is local program that provides kids with some new clothes. They are now serving Middle Schoolers. If you are interested in using Operation School Bell please follow these steps:
Step 1: Request and fill out two forms for each child (1) Service Request Form and the (2) Sizing Form. Please note that there are two different sizingforms. One is for child sizes and one is for adult sizes. Choose the onethatfits best for your student. Upon request, forms can be emailed to you, picked up from Evergreen Middle School or mailed to your home.
Step 2: Submit forms to Nicole Hoshock at Evergreen Middle School via email NHoshock@everettsd.org or drop off in the front office.
Step 3: Nicole will then check that the form is complete and will mail inor drop off to Operation School Bell. When the clothes are ready you will becontacted to pick them up at Evergreen Middle School or you can coordinate for them to be dropped off at your home.
