Pre-construction meetings took place for exterior site concrete (such as curbing), painting, wetlands, acoustical ceiling, and tiling. Pre-cons are scheduled for network separation, access control, audio/visual and kitchen. Keying meeting is planned for 2/13. Landscaper roughed-out the wetlands pathway and a walk-through took place on January 29 with minor revisions. Mock-up of exterior masonry was not acceptable, so three new mock-ups were created for architect review in the next day or so. Sector 1 interior walls will be complete by next week for both floors. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) rough-in to be complete by 2/1 for Sector 2 and then the start of wall installation. MEP rough-in is in process for Sector 3 & 4. Windows are expected in early February, casework for Sector 1 in mid-February and electrical switchgear near end of February.
