Strategic Plan

Everett Public Schools’ Strategic Plan for 2021-2026 is a comprehensive roadmap to ensure that every student succeeds. It outlines six Priority Student Outcomes, which together define the knowledge, skills, and attitudes all students should reach by 2026.
These outcomes are supported by thematic initiatives grouped under strategic “Themes” each with specific projects, responsible sponsors, and metrics. The plan emphasizes equity, strong learning, healthy school climate, culture, systems, and instructional excellence.
It is designed to bring together students, families, staff, and community partners to collectively support student growth, early reading success, continuous improvement, and preparation for global citizenship.
