Immunization Information

Before a child may attend a school or childcare in the state of Washington, the parent/guardian must provide proof of their immunization status. The attendance of every child at every public school in the state of Washington shall be conditioned upon the presentation before or on each child's first day of attendance at a particular school or center, of proof of either (a) full immunization, (b) the initiation of and compliance with a schedule of immunization, as required by rules of the state board of health, or (c) a certificate of exemption as provided for in  RCW 28A.210.090

Parents, foster parents, and guardians are responsible for their child meeting immunization requirements.

Parents must submit a complete and medically verified Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS)  to their child’s school, preschool, or child care before the child can attend.

Requirements for 2025-26

Once we have received your documents, we will determine your child’s compliance with the state immunization requirements. If additional info, documentation or immunizations are needed, we will be in contact. As a reminder, students must be in compliance with the state immunization requirements before they can start school. See WAC 246-105-050 for more information.

Additionally, we partner with the Washington State School and Child Care Immunization Module, following FERPA guidelines, to maintain our students' immunization records and compliance.
