• Fishbowl community conversations

Fish in a bowl To augment winter Thoughtexchange online conversations, the school board is hosting face-to-face conversations in April and May.

What IS a fishbowl conversation? According to multiple sources, fishbowl meetings can vary, but all have a common purpose - that is to engage all participants in a conversation and thus gather varying perspectives on a topic.

The topics for the three evenings are school facilities and school technology. Click on the links below to register.

  •       Where is the calendar for 2015-16?
The calendar for next school year is part of the negotiations process with the teachers’ bargaining unit. Negotiations for that contract will begin in April. During negotiations, the school calendar will be established. The district will use the website, email, phone and text messaging system as well as media announcements to announce the calendar when contract negotiations are complete.
