Graduation Orders

Please place your cap and gown orders as soon as possible to ensure everything is correct for graduation. While there is no specific deadline, ordering early is strongly recommended!
Graduation order packets are available in the cafeteria outside the Activities Center, but all orders must be placed online. Links are provided below

IMPORTANT: The Cap, Gown, Tassel, and Stole Unit is the correct package to order to ensure you have all the required items for graduation.Please note that this package already includes a tassel — if you choose to add one of the keepsake tassels, you will receive two tassels total.You do not need to add any of the suggested items (crossed out in the image) that appear when ordering this package.

Q | Can I wear a cap and gown from previous years?
A | If you plan to use a cap and gown from a previous graduate, please contact Mrs. Porter to have it approved.Q | Are financial assistance options available for cap & gown orders?
A | Yes! If you need financial assistance for a cap and gown, please have your student schedule a meeting with their counselor. Alternatively, parents may contact Mrs. Porter at HPorter@everettsd.org if your student is not comfortable having this conversation.Q | When and where will I get my order?
A | All caps and gowns will be delivered to the school. You can pick them up on June 2nd at 3:30 PM in the Library. This is during Senior Tea (which starts at 3:00 PM), so be sure to stop by with your family to celebrate this major milestone before picking up your cap and gown!Q | What events are required to participate in graduation?
A | All seniors who plan to walk at graduation must attend the following events:- Senior Check-out Day | June 10th (more details will be sent later)
- Senior Assembly | June 11th – Cafeteria // 8:00 AM
- First Graduation Practice | June 11th – Main Gym // Immediately after Senior Assembly
- Graduation Practice | June 12th – Main Gym // 9:00 AM
Q | When and how can I get tickets for graduation?
A | All students will receive the same number of tickets (amount TBD) -- You do not pay for these. You will have an opportunity in April/May to request extra tickets if you need more than the allotted amount. We do our best to accommodate everyone’s requests, but we cannot guarantee you will receive the number you ask for. Tickets will be distributed during graduation practices.More Questions?
