Dear students and families,

Greetings! My name is Rebecca Camp and I am thrilled to be teaching middle school math! Before joining Everett Virtual Academy, I taught for 13 years at Jefferson Elementary, and 2 years at Eisenhower Middle School, both in Everett School District. This is my 2nd year at EVA, so if you do the MATH, I am in my 17th being a teacher.

I completed my Master of Teaching Degree at the University of Washington, and I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Human Development from California State University, Hayward. I am also currently working towards my Library Media Endorsement at Central Washington University.

When I am not teaching, I spend most of my time with my family- outdoors if possible.  My family includes my husband Scott, daughter Sienna (16), son Marcus (13), and a dog, cat, and bunny. Our favorite things to do are hiking, attending baseball games, traveling, and my all-time favorite, reading!
