Welcome to another fantastic year in the Choral Music room!
I am very excited to have your student in my General Music or Choral classes this year and am looking forward to a year full of learning, growth, and development.I graduated from Cal State University Dominguez Hills in Carson, CA with a BA in Music Education, followed by my student teaching experience. After moving to Washington I earned my Master's in Music Education from Central Washington University. My teaching experience is in general music, choir, and even a little band over the years, with students ranging in age from kindergarten through high school! Recently I completed level I of World Music Drumming curriculum. I play piano, flute, and a bit of ukulele.
Mr. Plunkett and I have raised two children who are also musicians. We enjoy spending time with family and friends when not at work. We have two dogs, Hazel and Skye, and a temperamental cat named Six-Toed Sally.
