Do you know a senior who is graduating this year from a high school in the Everett School District? Please let them know of this wonderful opportunity. Marsha Cogdill taught at Lowell many years and upon retirement, set up a $1,000 scholarship fund. The Marsha Cogdill Scholarship is offered to one Everett School District High School graduate. Applicants must have attended Lowell Elementary School of the Everett School District No. 2, Everett, Washington for at least one full year. The scholarship is to be used to attend an accredited two or four year College, University, or Vocational-Technical School. Applications may be found on Lowell’s website. Applications are due to the office at Lowell Elementary no later than Friday, April 14th, 2023.
