Regarding student absences, parents should please send an email regarding their student's absence to the following dedicated email account: CHSAttendance@everettsd.org. Phone calls cannot be accepted for regular absences. Please be sure to provide:

• the student's name
• the student's ID number
• the reason for the absence
• your name
• attach a doctor's note if applicable

If you leave a voicemail, please provide a written note or email within 30 days of your student’s first day back to school.
