Welcome to Kindergarten Enrollment During school building closure, you can complete enrollment forms for kindergarten online! Please scroll down and enroll online in the language of your choice.
The kindergarten enrollment process is complete once you have received confirmation from your child's school.
Click on each of the tabs above to view enrollment information & more for grades 1-12 (General) and Preschool students.
Kindergarten enrollment begins Monday, March 1, 2021 for the 2021-22 school year.
All children entering kindergarten in 2021-22 must be 5 years old by August 31, 2021.
The day you register your child, please bring your completed enrollment forms as well as the following required items:
- Proof of age: A birth certificate; a religious, hospital, or physician's certificate showing date of birth; a passport; an adoption record; previously verified school records; an affidavit from a parent; an entry in a family Bible; or any other documents permitted by law. Birth certificates for children born in Washington state may be obtained at the Snohomish County Health District Vital Statistics office. Call 425-339-5290 or request online at http://www.snohd.org/300/Birth-Certificates. Out-of-state birth certificates may be ordered from http://www.vitalchek.com.
- Current proof of address: utility bill, rental agreement, homeowner's insurance policy, etc. The document must show the parent/guardian's name and address.
- Medically verified Certificate of Immunization form. Contact your child's physician or the Snohomish County Health District at 425-339-5220 regarding information about vaccinations and updates. A parent's guide to immunizations is also available through the Snohomish County Health District's website.
- Your student's health history
- Parenting plan/court order, if applicable.
- Proof of guardianship if student is living with an adult other than the parent.

New Families

Families with Current Students:
You can log in through Home Access Center to start New Student Enrollment, you can access the application forms using the Enroll New Student button at the top right of your screen.
Log into Home Access Center by clicking the Info Icon below.
Note: If families of existing students use the links for new families, they will still be able to enroll their student, but will not be able to access the forms that were submitted using the new family process through Home Access Center in the future.
REGISTRATION FORMS - (paper packet)
The following documents are available from any elementary school during school hours beginning Wednesday, February 26, 2020.
You may also access the Kindergarten Registration Parent Guide for 2020-21 and print the required kindergarten paper registration forms. For additional information,visit the Registration Forms webpage.
Completed registration packets may be submitted to your school of residence during school hours beginning Monday, March 2, 2020.

If you are unsure which school your child should attend for the 2020-21 school year, go to our transportation page to learn more there you can select Path Finder under QuickLinks.Find out your school attendance area for the 2020-21 school year.
Enter your home address for an online list of Everett Public Schools that students at that address attend. Or, call the transportation office at 425-385-4144. They will use your home address to confirm your school attendance area.
Identification and proof of immunizations are required for all students entering Everett Public Schools for the first time. Students transferring from another district should bring transcripts from the previous school.
Parents of first grade children must present proof of age.

Everett Public Schools Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is a state-funded, free preschool program for qualifying children and families. ECEAP is a comprehensive preschool program that partners with parents to support both student learning and the whole family. ECEAP has three main parts:
