Kindergarten Registration Forms for 2019-20
How old must a child be to enter school for the 2019-20 school year?
- To be admitted into kindergarten automatically, a child must be 5 years old on or before August 31, 2019.
- To be admitted into first grade automatically, a child must be 6 years old on or before August 31, 2019.
The following documents are available from any elementary school during school hours beginning Wednesday, February 27, 2019.

Information on this form will follow your child through high school; you will have an opportunity each year to update this information. Information on the Ethnicity and Race Reporting Form is required by the federal and state governments. Please note, if you do not provide data, we are required to select ethnicity and race data for you. "SSID" stands for State Student Identifier; your child will be assigned this number later, so you can leave this line blank.
