Due to the state requirement for school employees to receive their medical benefits through the state system (SEBB), the Everett School Employee Benefit Trust will be terminated as of December 31, 2019. For more than 30 years, the Trust provided comprehensive, cost-effective and flexible benefit plans to district employees. The size of the board of trustees and the Trust itself allowed it to manage employee health and welfare benefits in a cost-effective manner while, at the same time, meeting district employee needs and interests.
