Welcome to P-5 Instruction & Early Learning Programs

  • The P-5 Instruction & Early Learning Programs team strives to create safe, healthy and aligned learning experiences for all children in our community. We focus our work on connecting a child’s earliest years at home or in childcare to our school and community programs. Standards-based instruction, family engagement, professional development, and data and assessment supports are all part of the P-5 work.

We serve three primary groups in our community and schools: families of children birth through fifth grade, teachers of these students, and  community organizations that serve these students and families. In all of this work, the P-5 goal is the optimum development of the whole child.
