Payments Online is an internet web service allowing parents or guardians to make payments for Everett Public Schools purchases, fines or fees. Users have student historical receipts available as well as the ability to pay for student library and textbook fines. On a school by school basis there may also be a limited offering of school and district-sponsored items or classes also available for internet purchase.
How do I log in to Payments Online?
To access specific information about your student, your User Namewill be your student's district-assigned student id number and the Passwordwill be that same student's registered last name (this must be entered in UPPERCASE letters). If you have more than one student attending Everett Public Schools, you will log in separately for each one.
Is there a convenience fee for online payments?
A flat $3.00 convenience fee will be added to the online purchase total. This fee is strictly for online payment convenience. The same transaction can be made with cash or check at any district building with no convenience fees applied.
Refunds for any online purchase follow the same policies and procedures for regular purchases. Requests for a refund must be directed to the school or district office and accompanied with a receipt. Convenience fees will not be refunded.
My Payments Plus also has a free downloadable app for Android and Apple users.
The free MyPaymentsPlus mobile app allows users to view balances, make payments, monitor cafeteria purchase history, and receive low balance push notifications, all from the palm of their hand.
