It is important to review Procedure 4333 prior to requesting facility use.
Seasonal athletic facility use request are not scheduled through the online scheduling system. Instructions and all forms needed can be found on the Athletic field/gym seasonal page.Mandatory liability insurance required--A certificate of liability insurance listing the user as insured as well as listing Everett Public Schools as an additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000 must be received no later than two weeks prior to the use date.Facility use should be requested no later than two weeks prior to your desired use start date, to allow time for processing.Ysella Perez
