Welcome  to "School of PRIDE" at CHS
Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, commonly known as PBIS, is a model that schools across the country use to promote a positive school culture. We here at Cascade High School have adopted a PBIS structure into our school's motto "School of PRIDE".
Throughout the year, we will teach, model, cue, and reinforce these expected behaviors. School-wide lessons during PAWS are developed by our school's Culture and Climate team and staff are encouraged to give acknowledgment to students seen exemplifying these behaviors through our "Be Bruin" system of student recognition.
Our Natural Leaders and Leadership students are also an important partner in our School of P.R.I.D.E work, as we build towards a climate at CHS where students not only understand the expected behaviors but also play a vocal lead in maintaining that culture.
