Hi and welcome to the wonderful world of Mrs. Weber. I have been here at Garfield for over 10 years as the Teacher- Librarian. I love my job which combines two of my favorite things books and technology. I graduated from Monmouth College and then returned to Seattle University for my teaching credentials. I  taught technology and 2nd grade before moving to the library. I am a National Board Certified teacher in Library Media K-12.  One of my many favorite things about the job is helping students connect to the perfect just right book. One of the highlights of the Library year is our Seussie Awards for outstanding books.

 

I am married and have one son (a former Garfield student). I live about two blocks from our school so I am truly a part of the Garfield neighborhood.
