I am very excited to have your child in my class this year and am looking forward to a year full of learning, growth, and development. My goal is simple— I love to facilitate learning & advocate the needs of your children to guide them to become independent & responsible individuals. Building relationships is a big deal for me because this is an essential ingredient to active student engagement & academic success. 

I'm grateful to be back teaching in a classroom after 6 years being a Special Service Compliance Facilitator & Safety Net Coordinator for our district. I have 14 years of teaching experience in a classroom (Gen.Ed. and Special Education K-12) in multiple classroom settings.  I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Philippine Normal University. I earned my Master of Arts Degree in Special Education from Southwestern University. I am a National Board Certified Teacher in ECYA/ENS Mild/Moderate for ages 5-12. 

My husband and I have been blessed with a 4-year-old son, Nathan, who makes our life meaningful and blissful. I enjoy my family time and love to cherish each moment with them.
