    Triceps - straighten the arm

    Pectorals – push away from harm

    Deltoids – push to the sky

    Latissimus dorsi – help me climb high

    Hamstrings & Gluteals – stand me tall

    Quadriceps – kick a ball

    Abdominals – protect the intestinal wall
