Dear Hawthorne Families, 

 

I am already missing you. Closing school is a difficult but necessary step in keeping us all healthy and safe!

 

I am here to help you with school needs during this challenging time. On Friday, March 13th, your child brought home a set of materials which includes Reading, Math, and Writing work to support what we have been learning in class. Your child can begin by doing 1-2 pages in each packet everyday. I will have more materials as time goes on. 

 

Click on the Free Online Learning Websites tab to the left. I have added some links to quality learning sites. I will try to add more free online learning websites as the weeks go on. Here you will find: Starfall, Epic Books for kids, Suessville, and National Geographic for kids. These are all optional, free learning sites. Students will need the following code: vva7000 for the Epic Books site.
