Welcome to Jackson Elementary, I am excited to begin the year working and advocating for our 3rd grade students. I have grown up in the Pacific Northwest where I obtained my bachelors from University of Washington, after working as a para educator for several years I pursued my Master's in Teaching from Northwest University in Kirkland.  I started my career as a teacher in Lake Washington School District as a Reading Specialist and then obtained my English Language Lerner endorsement to help me equitably reach all of our students.  I have taught Kindergarten, second and third grade and am so excited to stay at Jackson full time as a 3rd grade classroom teacher.  I hope to continue supporting our English language families by launching our Natural Leaders program here at Jackson.  Let's make this a great year!
