  • Free EKG youth heart screening

    Cascade High School will host a free youth heart screening event on April 1 from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. In partnership with the Nick of Time Foundation and the UW Center for Sports Cardiology, this event offers heart screenings for adolescents and young adults ages 12 through 24. A simple EKG can detect serious heart conditions that a stethoscope may miss and could save a life. Click the headline to pre-register today!

There, you'll discover a variety of resources covering suicide prevention, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, and more. We've also got information on safely storing prescription and over-the-counter medications, as well as firearms and ammunition.     Now enrolling kindergarten students for our Dual Language Spanish Immersion Program at Emerson and Silver Lake elementary schools. Students learn in both English and Spanish, building bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural skills. Transportation is provided! | Estamos inscribiendo a estudiantes de kindergarten en nuestro Programa de Inmersión en Español en las escuelas primarias Emerson y Silver Lake.
