Introduction

  • Dear families,

I hope you are all staying healthy and positive!  I know that these are some interesting times for sure!  I am here to update you with some more information regarding our expectations for your student.

For right now, my goal for your student is to engage in online learning in a meaningful, supported manner. I will provide engaging tasks and learning opportunities for your student each week using a Choice Board.  Links to the CHoice Board can be found in our Classroom Calendar as well as in Google Classroom.  Your student is expected to complete 5 assignments from the Choice Board each week.  Once they have chosen an assignment, most assignments will be completed in our Google Classroom.  District-provided Student Engagement Materials (see link on the right) are also available to reinforce and extend learning.

During this school closure, I will be providing all learning resources and links through Google Classroom. This is where students will access content, get zoom session links, and other important information. It is important that your student checks the google classroom daily.

If you have any questions, please reach out. A Seesaw message is the best way for you to contact me. Students can contact me by leaving a comment in the weekly google classroom group chat.

Please take care of yourselves and your families.  Hope to "see" you soon!
