Jackson Elementary 5th graders will automatically be enrolled in 6th grade with North Middle School.  

5th grade teachers will have conversations with students/families over the coming weeks and during conferences to recommend courses for ELA and math.  Recommendations will be based on student reflections, classwork/engagement and teacher observations.

Important Dates:

March 8 - North Middle School Staff will visit Jackson 5th graders to share information about middle school and choosing classes

March 13 or 14 - North Middle School Staff will visit the 5th grade classrooms to help students enter their 6th grade class requests into the system.

March 22 - Incoming 5th grade Parent Night at North Middle School
